(Self Paced Course, Grades 4-12)

Like any form of literacy, our skills are always growing. Being digitally and scientifically literate requires us to understand what being digitally and scientifically literate means and what actions it involves. In this course, we will look at these definitions and actions, along with how digital platforms, like social media, disseminates scientific information and misinformation. In addition, we will explore how the scientific process is used to eliminate our unconscious bias when we are presented with new information.
