Bring real-world issues to the classroom using Design Thinking to solve water-related problems highlighted in the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Explore how students can use simple circuits and block-based coding to transform a micro:bit into a basic water level monitor using the free, open-source platform “MakeCode.” This session will provide a step-by-step look at a classroom-ready learning experience for grade 6-9 students.
