Self-Paced Professional Learning Summer Series: STEM Cross-Curricular Learning (Level 1)

Discover how STEM learning can become even more meaningful when connected across subject areas and grounded in real-world contexts. This self-paced professional learning series is designed to help educators integrate STEM concepts with literacy, sustainability, inquiry, and computational thinking to create engaging learning experiences for students.

Throughout this collection, you will explore practical approaches to designing cross-curricular STEM learning opportunities, incorporating literacy into STEM instruction, and using the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a framework for authentic, student-centered learning. You will also develop foundational skills in inquiry-based learning and computational thinking, as well as be introduced to the Let’s Talk Science Learning Pathways framework and opportunities for continued growth.

Complete all courses in this collection to earn your Level 1 STEM Cross-Curricular Badge, recognizing your commitment to creating inclusive, inquiry-driven, and future-focused learning experiences that help students better understand themselves, their communities, and the world around them.
